1. Only defective or wrongly received items are eligible for exchange.

  2. We will not accept items that are returned for any other reason. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

  3. We will pay the return shipping costs for the defective product and if the return is a result of our error.

  4. Products are exchangeable only with the same design.

  5. The product(s) will be inspected with the presence of original receipt and complete set of original packaging (inclusive price tag, care label, and other collateral insertions) for full refund to be issued.

  6. No refund will be issued if the product shows any signs of use.

  7. All orders for hygiene essential products are final and not allowed for any size, design and color exchange.

  8. Strictly no refund and exchange for any type of promotional item(s) or special priced item(s) and for hygiene essential products due to hygiene purposes.

  9. All exchanges are subject to stock’s availability and kindly check your body measurement carefully before you add to cart as no size exchange is allowed.

  10.  We reserve the right to refuse any refund and exchange based on the condition of the item(s) and the fulfillment procedure.

  11. Items requested for refunded or exchanged will be inspected by our staff to avoid any potential faults. We may request photographic support regarding faulty or incorrect item(s) before proceeding with a return for full reimbursement.

  12. Your refund will only be credited to the original value of your full-priced item(s) in a single transaction.

  13. We are not liable for any involving the cost of customs duties or sales taxes for international order(s).

  14. Any exchanges may only take place one (1) time per transaction.
